Mission

Through this site, I strive to provide resources for us on our continuing journey to learn to overcome PTSD.

It is my belief that a human brain cannot develop without the presence of another human brain. We need each other.

This is your invitation to join me on the path to awareness about “what happened to me” in my past that led to my PTSD from early childhood until I was correctly diagnosed and treated at the age of 62.

Even though my journey was long and hard, I survived. This website gives purpose to my new life and I hope gives good information towards your new and beautiful life.

If you would like to read more about my story, press here.

My recent ancestry includes both Indigenous and European cultures. There could not be two more diverse cultures thrown together.

They could not be more different even if a committee of experts sat down and tried to design the ultimate culture clash.

Did this create a dark ball of past karmic energy carried deep inside by both cultures and others that followed similar paths over the last 500 years since the cultural collision began in this hemisphere?

“We seek spiritually healthy solutions. We strive to live in our solutions as opposed to the trauma of the past.” —Susan K. Daniels

Join me on this journey of discovery as we explore this and many other scenarios related to Post-traumatic Stress Disorder.

Together we light the way 🔥

“Sometimes things fall apart so that better things can fall together.” —Marilyn Monroe

Because of my PTSD, speaking out online or person to person can give me hypertension, night mares and sometimes make me physically ill.

However, I also get corroborating support from kindred spirits that help me continue to heal and give me the courage to move forward.

My hope is that I do the same for them.

This site is my testimonial to my experiences and serves as a platform with which I share my story to the rest of the world.

In addition, I believe it is my social responsibility to take these actions via social media to support myself and others who seek a better life for themselves and their communities than they had the day before.

We who still hold the value of love in our hearts must do what we can (we don't care how small or large the sacrifice) to bring the light of love to those who have lost it.

No matter who we are or where we are, we are all in this world together. —Susan Daniels

We are all team mates in this endeavor. It is a cosmic conscientiousness that grows stronger with each new positive thought or act of loveful kindness.

Join me on this journey of discovery and enlightenment. Along the way, we will share our pain and our joy.

To share with others is the greatest gift we can give ourselves.

Together we light the way on our journey through PTSD. 🔥
